Recommendation: OMG, this was so good! I love James being all protective and accepting and just such a good bro. My heart broke for Niki because even though this isn't how it was for him really I'm sure it was for so many others at that time. Good stuff.

Recommendation: Saw this movie again not long ago, and remembered how much I liked it. I waffled back and forth about the fanfic though with it being about real people, but if I tell myself that it is the actor's portrayal of the real people that soothes that particular moral conundrum for me. As for this story, I love James being goaded into kissing Niki that seems rather on brand for them.
