They end up being placed in cells right next to each other.

Recommendation: Ah, messed up murder love. *sigh* Abigail still doesn't get a proper chance, but there is still less carnage this way than in canon.

Will gets out of jail and wants nothing to do with Jack and the FBI nor with Alana and Hannibal. He wants REVENGE. Except he does want Hannibal. Things keep getting in the way as well as forcing them together. *sigh* A wild ride to be sure but a satisfying one.
