Summary: Bilbo Baggins isn't sure about this. Not one bit. Frodo is definitely too young to enter into an arranged marriage with a dwarven king called Thorin Oakenshield. It's a good thing that Bilbo is there to chaperone him through their courtship. After all, there's no chance that a fussy hobbit bachelor would ever catch the eye of a king.

Recommendation: *deep breath* OH MY GOD, THIS WAS SO GOOD! Ahhh! So much pining, so many misunderstanding, so many feelings! I just . . . loved all of it. It's a very romance novel trope, but it's well fit into the Tolkienverse. There is a healthy smattering of other characters, but obviously the main show is Thorin and Bilbo circling each other. That said there was hints of a surprise OT3 by the end so there is that to also look forward to (hopefully that doesn't spoil it XD).
