Recommendation: Happy New Year, readers! In years past, I have taken the opportunity to announce changes on the first of the year but this time I am simply going to reaffirm my decision to "keep it simple" in an effort to prevent burnout. This will mean: no holiday specials, no Femslash Fridays, no Straight Sundays. Just recs when I feel like it not trying to keep to a schedule, I'm hoping that will work for me going forward. :D This story is marvelous. Told in reverse chronological order it opens up a brand new world. The two following sequels are a wonderful glimpse into the resulting changes, and I was especially interested in scarletjedi's take on Qui-Gon's response to the clones and the Jedi becoming generals.
