Summary: Post-Star Trek Beyond. The crew of the Enterprise gets a breather while they are waiting for their new ship. Jim uses the time to do something he had sworn he would never do.
Recommendation: So, for me, Spirk is one of those tried and true, I just can’t quit you, love this until I die kind of pairings. And even though they tried to dial it back in Star Trek Beyond, it’s still all about the Spirk for me. One other thing I really appreciate is that even though Uhura is technically “in the way” I have run across very few stories that don’t treat her with the respect she is due.
